Professional statement

Think of me as your co-pilot on the journey of self-discovery. Life's roads can be bumpy and full of twists and turns, but you don't have to navigate them alone. Together, we'll find a path that helps you reach your destination.

My ideal client feels overwhelmed by their emotions, struggling with intense mood swings or impulsive behaviors. They've tried other therapies but need a more practical approach. They might be dealing with Gender Dysphoria, Bipolar disorder, ADHD, or intense anxiety/depression. They want to feel peace and emotional control, building a meaningful life free from chaos.

I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT). This practical, skills-based approach helps clients navigate intense emotions. We'll work on understanding and regulating emotions, improving relationships, building distress tolerance, and cultivating mindfulness. My goal is to empower you with tools to manage your feelings.

I know how exhausting it is when emotions are in the driver's seat. It takes courage to seek help. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to empower you with the tools to build a stable life. If you're ready to take the first step, I invite you to reach out.
