Professional statement

You feel caught in patterns that don’t quite make sense anymore. On the outside, you might be functioning—but internally something feels off. Maybe you feel disconnected, emotionally numb, or like you’re just going through the motions. You’ve learned how to push things down and keep going. At one point, that likely helped you get through something difficult. But now, it may be leaving you feeling stuck, unsure what you feel, or disconnected from who you are.

I combine deep internal work with body-based processing to help you heal from the inside out. Using IFS, we increase connection to the parts of you that have been holding heavy burdens to protect you from harm. Integrating EMDR with IFS provides deeper processing in a paced and safe way.

I provide IFS and EMDR trauma therapy for clients in DC, Maryland and Virginia. My approach is collaborative, experiential, and grounded in curiosity. If you’re ready to feel more connected to yourself and have more choice in how you respond to life, I’d be glad to support you. Reach out to schedule a free 20-minute consultation.
