I work with clients navigating challenges related to identity, emotional overwhelm, attention and focus, sensory sensitivity, anxiety, self-trust, and feeling misunderstood or out of sync with their environment. Many of the themes we explore involve understanding long-standing patterns, making sense of emotional responses, and identifying barriers that interfere with daily functioning or quality of life.
I work best with teens and adults who are thoughtful, reflective, and motivated to better understand themselves while also wanting practical change. Many of the clients who find me have ADHD, autism, or related attention, sensory, or processing differences, and are looking for therapy that respects how their mind and nervous system work rather than trying to force a one-size-fits-all approach.
My style may be a good fit for individuals who want support that balances insight with tangible goals and who are interested in working collaboratively.
I view therapy as a collaborative and intentional process. My role is not to act as an expert over your life, but to help you make sense of your internal experience, reflect patterns, and build clarity and self-trust. I believe meaningful change happens when understanding comes first, when emotions and behaviors are seen in context rather than treated as problems to be fixed.
I often work in a more short-term, goal-oriented way, with the aim of helping clients reduce barriers in their lives and build understanding and strategies they can carry forward independently. While everyone’s needs and timeline are different, my goal is to support you in feeling more capable and resourced over time.
