Brianna works primarily with adults who are navigating anxiety, chronic stress, life transitions, relational challenges, and the emotional impact of living with chronic illness. Many of the individuals she supports feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves or others, often juggling multiple roles and responsibilities. Brianna understands that these experiences can be deeply complex and personal, and she helps clients explore what has been weighing on them while supporting movement toward greater clarity, balance, and emotional steadiness.
Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Brianna draws from a range of modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). She integrates psychoeducation and practical skill-building into sessions, helping clients increase insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop tools they can apply in everyday life. Brianna believes therapy is most effective when it supports both reflection and action, allowing insight to translate into meaningful, sustainable change.
Brianna is known for her authenticity, curiosity, and nonjudgmental presence. She strives to create an environment where clients feel genuinely seen and heard, meeting each person where they are without pressure to move faster than feels right. Brianna’s work often focuses on helping clients identify and work through “stuck points,” build self-trust, and reconnect with their values. She believes that while difficult experiences can shape us, they do not define who we are or limit what is possible moving forward.
Brianna holds a Master of Social Work from Simmons University and a Bachelor of Science in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences from the University of Florida. As a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, she is committed to ongoing professional development and ethical, thoughtful care. She brings experience in psychoeducational facilitation and skill-based interventions that support emotional awareness, regulation, and real-life application.
