I’m a solutions-oriented therapist who believes the therapy process doesn’t need to feel heavy or exhausting to be effective. As someone who has personally benefited from therapy, I see it as an empowering and creative experience—one that can help you build confidence, develop clarity, and feel more in control of your life.
My style is direct, supportive, and focused on helping you develop practical tools you can apply in your day-to-day life. I collaborate closely with clients to support meaningful, lasting change, while also making space for deeper insight through spiritual exploration and psychoanalytic perspectives when that feels helpful.
Alongside therapy, I also provide life coaching for individuals seeking more targeted, goal-oriented support around problem-solving and skill development. I especially enjoy working with expats and Returned Peace Corps Volunteers, drawing from personal experience to support the challenges that come with cross-cultural transitions and returning home.
My clinical training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal Therapy, and clinical meditation and imagery techniques. I also have specialized experience working with women’s health and chronic pain.
