Professional statement

I work with adults and teens who struggle with intrusive thoughts, anxiety, trauma, and compulsive or problematic sexual behaviors. These experiences can feel isolating, especially when thoughts are unwanted, sexual, violent, or repetitive. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what’s contributing to these patterns and begin developing strategies for change.

My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and is structured, practical, and compassionate. I am pursuing advanced training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), an evidence-based treatment for intrusive thought cycles. I also support court-mandated clients and those navigating challenging behaviors, which allows me to talk openly about difficult topics like shame, impulse control, and sexual behavior concerns.

I aim to meet clients where they are, helping them take realistic steps toward understanding themselves and improving their daily lives. If you’re considering therapy, I welcome you to reach out for a brief consultation to determine whether working together would be a good fit.
