Weekends mornings available :) Life in your 20s and 30s can feel like a constant balancing act. You might be adjusting to college or grad school, starting out in your career, or trying to juggle relationships, family expectations, and goals. The pressure to “have it all figured out” can feel overwhelming, and it’s common to end up anxious, burnt out, or questioning if you’re on the right path. Maybe you notice yourself people-pleasing, struggling to set boundaries, or feeling guilty when you put your needs first. Add in relationship challenges or big life decisions, and it’s easy to feel stuck, second-guess yourself, or lose sight of what you really want.
I specialize in supporting young adults ages 18-40 navigating these transitions. In therapy, we’ll explore how stress, self-doubt, and old patterns show up in your thoughts, emotions, and daily choices. Together, we’ll build practical tools to manage anxiety, set healthier boundaries, and make decisions with more confidence.
My style is warm, collaborative, and active: I’ll listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and offer strategies you can put into practice right away. This is your space to feel supported, understood, and gently challenged as you build resilience and move toward a more balanced, grounded version of yourself.
