- Rebecca Platt, PsyD, school psychologist and private practice • June 2016"I have known Dr. Freid since 2008 when we worked together during our postdoctoral fellowship at the Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders at Boston University. Dr. Freid and I worked on the same research project for treatment of generalized anxiety. During this time, I got to know Dr. Freid professionally very well. One of Dr. Freid’s unique features as a psychologist is that she has significant experience with evidence-based treatments for a variety of disorders, including anxiety disorders, depression and eating disorders. She is a very warm, personable, and empathic person and I refer patients to her who present with a complex combination of eating disorders with other co-morbid disorders."
