Professional statement

Tired of showing up for everyone else and forgetting yourself in the process?

You might look like you have it all together — but inside, you’re anxious, overwhelmed, or feeling disconnected from who you are.

Cecilia Moscoso is a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor who helps adults navigate anxiety, low self-esteem, perfectionism, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. She works with high-achieving women and men who appear successful on the outside but often feel emotionally stretched thin — caught in cycles of people-pleasing, self-doubt, and burnout.

Many of Cecilia’s clients identify as perfectionists — constantly striving to do it all, while privately struggling with feelings of inadequacy, anxiety, or emotional exhaustion. In therapy, she offers a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed space to help clients slow down, process unspoken emotions, and reconnect with their values.

Cecilia integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Her work focuses on emotional regulation, boundary-setting, and rebuilding self-trust — so clients can feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with the life they want to live.

She has experience supporting diverse populations through experiences like divorce, grief, burnout, and immigration-related stress. Her goal is to help clients feel seen, supported, and capable of creating meaningful, lasting change.

Cecilia provides virtual therapy to adults located in Florida and Colorado. Sessions are available in English or Spanish.

Message to clients

In our sessions, we’ll gently explore what’s been getting in the way and begin to uncover what truly matters to you. That might include processing past experiences, working through difficult emotions, or learning practical tools to help you feel more grounded, capable, and aligned with the life you want to live.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy — and I’m not here to “fix” you, because you’re not broken. I’m here to walk alongside you, help you reconnect with your strength, and support you in building a life that feels more like you.

If you’re considering therapy, let’s connect. You deserve support that meets you where you are.
