Message to clients

Hi, I’m Charles Sangueza, a therapist with nearly a decade of experience in the mental health field, including five years as an individual psychotherapist. I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal challenges, work or academic stress, and patterns of behavior they’re ready to change. I aim to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can better understand yourself and make lasting progress.

My approach is client-centered and eclectic, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and schema therapy. I tailor each session to your needs, helping you explore your experiences, clarify goals, and build emotional tools that support healing and growth. Therapy is a collaborative process, and you're always in the driver’s seat.

With a strong foundation in evidence-based methods and real-world clinical experience, I’m committed to helping you create change that feels meaningful and sustainable. Whether you’re feeling stuck or simply seeking support during a transition, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Let’s connect and begin the work together.
