Chloe Kaznoch, LISW-S, is a licensed independent social worker who specializes in supporting adolescents and adults navigating life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. She works with clients who may be experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, relational conflict, or feeling “stuck” in patterns that no longer serve them. Many of her clients come to therapy seeking a supportive space to better understand themselves, improve emotional regulation, and build healthier ways of relating to others.
Chloe’s therapy style is warm, relational, and collaborative. She believes that healing happens within safe, authentic connection and that therapy should feel like a space where clients can show up as their full selves. Drawing from evidence-based approaches—including cognitive behavioral strategies, dialectical behavior skills, and relational therapy—she helps clients explore patterns, develop practical coping tools, and cultivate deeper self-compassion. Her approach emphasizes both insight and action: making sense of past experiences while also creating new ways of moving forward.
With years of experience as both a clinician and clinical supervisor, Chloe brings a wealth of professional expertise. She is the owner of Kaznoch Counseling, a private practice where she has supported clients across diverse backgrounds. Her background also includes mentoring early-career therapists and engaging in community-based work that deepens her perspective on the unique challenges clients face. She is especially attuned to the impact of family dynamics, societal pressures, and identity development on mental health.
Chloe offers both in-person sessions at her office in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, and virtual therapy for clients located throughout the state. She works with adolescents through adulthood, offering 50-minute sessions with flexible scheduling options to meet clients’ needs. Whether meeting in-office or online, Chloe provides a comfortable, supportive environment for growth and healing.
