Message to clients

If you’re considering therapy, my hope is simply that you don’t feel like you have to come in with a plan or the “right” words. Most people don’t. I try to offer a space that feels real and grounded—where you can talk openly, take your time, and not worry about being judged or fixed.

I hope our work together helps you understand yourself a bit better and feel more steady in your life. Progress doesn’t have to be dramatic to matter, and change often comes in small, uneven steps. My role is to show up consistently, listen carefully, and support you as you figure out what you need and where you want to go.
