Christine Malossi works with people who are ready to reconnect with themselves, move past obstacles, and gain clarity about who they are and what they need. She supports individuals navigating anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, creative blocks, identity questions, relationship challenges, spiritual or existential uncertainty, and long-standing patterns around eating, body image, and self-worth. LGBTQIA+ affirming, she creates a welcoming, judgment-free space where every aspect of a person’s identity and experience is honored.
Her approach blends psychodynamic and somatic (body-centered) therapy, helping clients explore both the inner stories, patterns, and beliefs that shape their lives and the lived experience of the body, where insight and meaningful change can take root. Christine’s work is deeply informed by ongoing training at the C.G. Jung Institute in Zurich, Switzerland; 14 years as a meditation and yoga teacher; and over a decade in hospice and end-of-life care. She holds an MSEd in Mental Health Counseling from Hunter College, a BA from NYU, and post-baccalaureate studies at the University of Pennsylvania.
Christine offers both online and in-person sessions at Union Square Psychotherapy, at 44 East 12th Street in Manhattan.
