Professional statement

I work with women navigating life transitions across their 30s, 40s, and 50s—times when identity, relationships, and our bodies are shifting. You may be feeling anxious, disconnected, or unsure of your next step. Our work focuses on slowing down, listening inward, and understanding your patterns through a nervous system and relational lens. Together, we create space for clarity, steadiness, and a more authentic way of being.

Across each decade, life brings new layers of change—relational shifts, body transitions, caregiving, loss, and questions of identity and purpose. Our work focuses on the underlying patterns held in the nervous system, creating space for introspection, pattern shifting, increased contact with your own inner voice, and steps to live into these changes.

I understand how complex it can feel to navigate decisions around career shifts, partnership/ending a relationship, motherhood, caring for aging parents, the changing relationship with your body—from fertility through menopause. With over 20 years of experience, I offer a grounded space where your struggles can be met with clarity, care, and wise guidance.
