Message to clients

Feeling more depressed or anxious than usual? Dealing with trauma? How about that argument with your family or loved one? You have so much on your plate, between family, work, and attempting to have some kind of social life, that you have forgotten YOU.

It sounds like you need someone to sit with you and provide space so that you can process what is happening in your life. I can offer you support and space to sort through life's challenges. If you have a goal in mind, I can help you work towards it as well.

I am ready when you are. I am here to listen and support you on your journey.
