Message to clients

Hi, I’m Daniela. I provide a warm, grounding, and supportive therapeutic space where you can feel truly seen and understood. I believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to explore who you are, where you’ve been, and where you want to go—with compassion and curiosity rather than judgment.

My integrative approach blends CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, narrative, existential, and attachment-based therapies, along with mindfulness and psychoeducation. I work with individuals navigating trauma, OCD, identity exploration, relationship dynamics, and life transitions. Together, we focus on building self-awareness, emotional clarity, and confidence in your ability to make meaningful change.

I view therapy as a space for reconnection—reconnecting with your values, your inner strengths, and your sense of direction. My style is collaborative and affirming, and I meet each client with deep respect for their unique journey. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking deeper understanding, I am here to support you in moving toward a more aligned and intentional life.
