Starting April 10th! This is a virtual group that meets weekly via zoom on Fridays from 10-10:45am. The group aims at learning RO-DBT skills to better learn how to open up emotionally, increase social connectedness, and embrace flexibility.

Starting April 13th! DBT Skills Training Group teaches practical skills to manage emotions, tolerate distress, improve relationships, and stay present. This is a virtual skills training group with up to 8 individuals at a time.
