Dr. Pace is a compassionate and dedicated clinical psychologist who supports individuals through life’s most challenging moments. With experience at McLean Hospital and in private practice, she specializes in working with mood disorders, anxiety, personality disorders, relationship difficulties and major life transitions.

She believes therapy works best as a team and takes a collaborative approach—working closely with clients to develop meaningful goals and treatment plans. Dr. Pace draws on evidence-based therapies such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT), tailoring each approach to fit the unique needs of the individual.

At the heart of her work is a commitment to open communication and shared decision-making, helping clients feel supported and empowered as they grow.

Dr. Pace offers initial consultations to help you decide if her approach feels like the right fit. Her office in Watertown, MA, provides a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and encouraged to make lasting change.

Message to clients

I truly believe that meaningful change happens when we work together. My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in meeting you where you are—while gently helping you move toward becoming the version of yourself you want to be. Life can be overwhelming at times, and it’s okay to seek extra support as you navigate it.

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with a commitment to helping individuals manage anxiety, emotion dysregulation, personality disorders, chronic stress, and relationship challenges. I currently practice at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate, and bring specialized expertise in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Whether you're facing anxiety, mood swings, major life changes, or difficulties in relationships, I’m here to offer support and help you build effective tools to move forward with confidence. If you're considering therapy, I’d be happy to connect for a phone call or an initial intake session to see how I can best support you.

My office is located in a convenient spot with easy access to public transportation and onsite parking, offering a comfortable and welcoming space to begin your work.
