Professional statement

I support individuals navigating life transitions, relationships, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. Many of the clients who work with me are seeking healthier boundaries, improved communication, relief from anxiety, and a stronger sense of identity. I also help clients who are managing symptoms connected to past trauma, unhealthy attachment patterns, low self-esteem, or difficulty regulating emotions. My goal is to provide a space where people feel grounded, understood, and empowered to grow at their own pace.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. I don’t believe in forcing people to “fix” themselves—rather, I help clients build skills and insight so they can better understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors work together. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused strategies, motivational techniques, and mindfulness-based tools to help clients reduce distress, challenge unhealthy patterns, and build confidence in their everyday lives.

My professional background includes extensive experience supporting individuals dealing with complex family dynamics, trauma history, grief, relationship issues, and challenges related to impulse control or emotional sensitivity. I understand how difficult it can be to break old patterns or care for yourself while caring for others. Because of this, I focus on helping clients develop emotional awareness, increase self-compassion, and create boundaries that honor both their values and their well-being.

I currently offer telehealth sessions only, providing therapy to adults located in Georgia. Remote sessions make it easier for clients to fit therapy into their lives without added stress, travel, or scheduling barriers. My goal is to meet people where they are—literally and emotionally—and support growth that feels achievable and sustainable. If you’re looking for a therapist who will challenge you with kindness, explore solutions with you, and help you build a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling, I’d be honored to work with you.

Message to clients

I’m honored to walk alongside individuals who are ready to understand themselves more deeply, communicate more effectively, and create healthier relationships both internally and with others. Before we begin working together, I want you to know that therapy is not about perfection or rushing toward “fixing yourself”—it’s about learning how to give yourself grace, understand your patterns, and make meaningful changes at a pace that feels realistic. I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based strategies to support clients in building emotional awareness, strengthening boundaries, and developing coping skills that truly fit their lives. My hope is that you feel safe, seen, and empowered as you learn to honor your needs, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and build a life that feels aligned with who you are becoming.
