Message to clients

Sometimes a life transition quiets the part of you that once felt alive and creative. After burnout, grief, or a major shift, you may feel blocked, disconnected from your work, or unsure of your direction. I work with creatives, therapists in training, and neurodivergent adults, including ADHD, autistic, gifted, and highly sensitive individuals, who are navigating creative blocks, trauma, and identity transitions. My approach is Strength based and integrates somatic therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to help you understand your nervous system and move through what’s keeping you stuck. Together we create space to reconnect with your creativity, clarity, and purpose so your next chapter can emerge with greater alignment and sustainability.
