Queer and Trans Therapy is a remote private practice run by and for queer and trans individuals. We service members of the LGBTQ+ community and their allies alike. We utilize a variety of modalities such as Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative Therapy in our practice. We provide a non-judegmental braver space where individuals of all races, backgrounds, religions/spiritualities, sexualities, genders, and identities can work one on one with a licensed mental health professional to work on any and all of life’s challenges within a racially sensitive, trauma-informed lens.
