David Jespersen is a Mental Health Therapist in Snohomish, Washington. He works with individuals and couples. Many of Dave's clients come to address anxiety, depression and lie transitions. Dave is particularly passionate about serving men. He also has advanced training in the area of anxiety, depression and ADHD.
Dave is trained in CBT in which we examine thoughts, beliefs and behaviors and find what is beneficial and what is not, to help move to greater personal wellbeing. In session, Dave utilizes reflective listening skills to provide insight. This approach supports clients to be able to look more freely at their choices and actions.
Dave's style is thoughtful, encouraging and engaging. When clients first start therapy, he will seek to understand the client and pursue their desires to move to a better emotional place.
Dave received his MS in Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University. He has worked at Providence Regional Medical Center, Lake Stevens School District and in private practice. Outside of his practice he enjoys spending time with family, boating, gardening and in church and community service. He only works remotely and limits his client numbers to give full attention to each individual.
