Hi, I’m Deb, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, relationship stress, trauma, grief, and life transitions, and I have particular experience helping individuals cope with divorce and communication difficulties.
My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and grounded in practical, evidence-based tools. I primarily draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) alongside mindfulness techniques to help you better understand your thoughts and patterns while building skills to navigate day-to-day challenges more effectively.
