Don Holmes has worked as a counselor/therapist. since. 1989, beginning his work as an adolescent therapist in nonprofit organizations. After receiving his Master Degree in Social Work, he worked for a telephone. crisis line for 15 years, as he continued to work as a therapist . Having accumulated a great deal of experience. with many different presenting problems. ages. and ethnicities, he continues to provide telehealth therapeutic services. Cliental have included. people. with relationships issues, depression, anxiety, and loneliness, to name but a few.

Utilizing a strength-based, solution-focused and collaborative approach, treatment is tailored to the individual by using a variety of different types of therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Therapy (TFCBT) and more.
