Eden Sherman is a postdoctoral fellow with a doctorate in clinical psychology from William Paterson University. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at the New Jersey VA. Eden is trained in providing evidence-based treatment to those with substance use disorders, post traumatic stress disorder, and co-occurring mental health diagnoses. She has experience treating patients at all levels of care, including inpatient, PHP/IOP, and outpatient levels of care. Eden incorporates practices from evidence-based therapies to provide culturally competent and individualized care. She takes a nonjudgemental and holistic approach to therapy believes that a strong therapeutic relationship, trust, and teamwork are at the foundation of meaningful treatment. Eden strived to help her patients build insight into their symptoms while supporting behavioral change and healthy coping.
