Hi, I’m Elizabeth.
I work with children, adolescents, young adults, parents, and families navigating life transitions, social stressors, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I’m passionate about supporting clients through the ups and downs of daily life while helping them build the confidence and skills needed to feel more grounded and resilient.
My approach is strengths-based and collaborative. I focus on helping clients develop practical coping strategies they can use in their everyday lives, while also building self-esteem and a stronger sense of self. I believe that a meaningful therapeutic relationship is at the core of effective therapy, so I take the time to get to know each client and create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and understood.
