Hi, I’m Elizabeth, a psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience working with individuals across a wide range of life challenges. I support clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, past trauma, and the everyday stressors that can feel overwhelming at times.
I offer therapy in both English and Spanish, and I strive to create a welcoming, comfortable environment where you can feel at ease being yourself. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is truly unique, and I approach my work with warmth, openness, and respect for your individual experience.
My philosophy is that therapy begins wherever you are. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right to you, focusing on your goals and what you’d like to work through, while building insight and tools along the way.
