My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I believe that healing happens through connection, and I strive to meet every client with compassion, authenticity, and respect. I bring a blend of professional expertise and lived experience that allows me to truly understand the struggles my clients face.

With both professional training and lived experience, I understand the challenges of mental health and recovery. I specialize in addiction, co-occurring disorders, mood disorders, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts, using compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each person’s path toward healing.
