Professional statement

Do you ever wonder, “Why does the same thing keep happening to me?” “Why do I feel stuck in the same cycle?” Many people recognize unhealthy patterns in their lives but struggle to understand what's behind them or how to break free. I help my clients explore how past experiences, attachment, and deep-rooted core beliefs shape their emotional lives and relationships today. I aim to create a safe and supportive space that is grounded in a trauma-informed, strengths-based, person-centered, and culturally responsive approach, where clients feel seen, supported and empowered to grow.

Message to clients

My approach blends insight-oriented psychodynamic therapy with evidence-based practices and psychoeducation. Together, we will explore the deeper roots of your struggles to help you gain meaningful self-awareness, make decisions aligned with your values, and manage symptoms with effective tools.

I work with diverse adult clients navigating life transitions, daily stressors, burnout, relationship and work challenges, low self-esteem, anxiety, phobias, panic attacks, depression, grief, and trauma. Ready to take a step toward change? Let’s work together to explore what's been holding you back and move, one step at a time, toward the life you envision.
