Professional statement

Ellie helps adults with high-functioning anxiety and chronic overthinking learn how to regulate their nervous system and break patterns of self-criticism and stress. Sessions are focused and goal-oriented, using somatic regulation tools, mindfulness, and journaling to shift negative beliefs and release anxiety stored in the body.

Working with her is supportive and focused. Many of her clients struggle with high-functioning anxiety, overthinking, and the pressure to hold everything together. While things may look successful on the outside, internally it can feel exhausting to constantly manage stress and self-criticism.

Her approach is intentional and practical. Sessions are not just a space to talk, but a place to build real tools for nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and lasting change. She integrates somatic techniques, mindfulness, journaling, and self-regulation exercises to help shift negative thought patterns and release anxiety stored in the body.

Together, they create a 90-day “intention map” to support focus and progress. Clients also receive integration assignments to help apply what they learn between sessions.

Message to clients

In my work with you, I put all my energy into asking you deep questions with the aim of giving you the space to get to know yourself better. At times, this can be fun and at other times, it can be a challenge to see yourself in the mirror. I confidently hold a safe space for you regardless! Doing this type of deep inner work requires commitment to the process and so I provide integration assignments to allow you to continue doing the work even when you are not in session. My ultimate goal in my work is to serve as one of your catalysts for your personal transformation, healing, and growth.
