Professional statement

Emily graduated from New York University’s Master’s program in 2023, where she developed a strong foundation in therapy. Her approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic therapy, which she finds most effective in helping clients. Emily works to identify and address issues by challenging maladaptive patterns and distorted thinking. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, her holistic approach encourages deeper introspection, helping clients gain a fuller understanding of themselves. Through this, she fosters long-term healing and growth.
