Message to clients

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and I want you to know that you don’t have to have everything figured out before we begin. My hope is that our work together feels grounded, collaborative, and supportive. You can show up exactly as you are — whether that means feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, motivated for change, or somewhere in between.

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel both understood and gently challenged. We’ll work together to clarify what you want to shift in your life, explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical tools to help you feel more confident and regulated day to day. I value honesty, curiosity, and compassion in the room, and I encourage open dialogue about what is or isn’t working for you.

My goal is that over time, you leave sessions feeling clearer, more empowered, and more connected to yourself. You don’t have to navigate this alone — I look forward to supporting you in the process.
