In these last few years, the world has drastically changed. Because of the shift in how we experience life, each other, and ourselves, daily living may have become stressful, questioning where to turn. Our community as a whole has struggled to get back to where we used to be. In some ways, we never will. But there is hope in finding a way to heal by leveraging the strengths we have within us. We may need someone to talk to, for it to make sense. Help is out there.
It takes courage to reach out for help. I believe that we are the expert of our lives. As a helping professional, I am here to support and provide encouragement as you walk through the journey to find what you are looking for. Additionally, it is my goal to create an authentic, comfortable, and safe environment where we can share our goals and solutions to life’s problems. It is important to meet each other where we are, to help paint the picture of where we want to be.
