Message to clients

I see my role as a facilitator in your exploration process. With both your commitment to exploring, as well as your permission, I will assist you in exploring and resolving your primary issue, concern, or potential. I use an integrated approach involving humanistic (presence, genuineness, acceptance and validation of all your parts that make up you), somatic (whole body awareness and education, breath, and movement), and solution focused approaches (present centered, actionable behavior change) to assist you in resolving your primary issue, concern, or potential.

You can expect to be heard, accepted and validated. You can expect to discover solutions and actionable steps to help you resolve your primary issue, concern, or potential that you came into treatment to explore. You can expect to feel more present, engaged, centered, and alive as you reconnect to your whole body (mind-body) and make choices, decisions, and act from your essence (core self). This usually results in improved self-esteem, authentic relationships that grow and thrive, and feeling more alive and in flow as you express your creativity.
