Eun Jee Pak, M.A., MHC (Limited Permit), is a therapist dedicated to supporting clients through self-discovery and personal growth. Holding a master’s degree in Community Mental Health Counseling from the University of Tennessee, Eun Jee combines her clinical expertise with a deep understanding of cultural transitions and life changes, shaped by her own experiences as an immigrant, international student, veteran’s spouse, and mother.
Her therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that true self-confidence arises from self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-acknowledgement. Eun Jee integrates evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, ADHD, trauma, and relationship difficulties. She is particularly skilled at working with clients experiencing mood and personality disorders, as well as those adjusting to new cultural environments.
Before becoming a therapist, Eun Jee spent six years in New York as a social program coordinator and public health educator, focusing on mental health education and support within the Korean-American community.
