Professional statement

My ideal client is someone who feels torn between their true self and the roles or expectations placed on them. They may be struggling with anxiety, identity, relationships, or cultural pressures. They're often the one others lean on, but they’re craving a space to focus on themselves. They want to understand their emotions, break old patterns, and set boundaries that feel authentic. Their goals include building self-worth, healing past wounds, and feeling more grounded and free in who they are.

I help first-generation individuals and women of color navigate anxiety, identity, and relationship challenges. With a culturally sensitive, compassionate approach, I use CBT, mindfulness, and self-compassion to support healing, boundary-setting, and personal growth.

Message to clients

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unheard, you’re not alone. I offer a warm, culturally sensitive space to explore what’s holding you back and help you move toward healing. When you're ready, I’m here.
