Gail McDonell is a licensed mental health therapist who office is located in Arlington Washington. She sees clients both in person and via Telehealth. She has a background in addiction therapy and was a drug and alcohol counselor before obtaining her degree in mental health.

She supports military members as well as first responders, having been a former military spouse for over 20 years. Her therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual depending on there need and what they hope to obtain from therapy. She believes that a therapeutic relationship is the base on which to build trust as this will help the client to allow the therapist to be a guide to help them navigate towards reaching their goals.

I understand that finding a therapist can be an intimidating task. I am her to provide a safe non judgment environment to help you begin your healing process. I believe that that the client/therapist relationship is the foundation to build a solid working relationship and provide a path to healing.

Every person struggles with difficulties in life that may include depression, anxiety, or grief and loss that may feel overwhelming. As a mental health therapist I make every attempt to provide support and will act as a guide to help you work through any issues you want to work through and will provide referrals or extra support if necessary.
