Professional statement

For the strong souls whose days seem to begin and end in service to others, for those whose own bags collect dust while they carry everyone else’s, for those who cry silently at night so as not to bother anyone: Maybe it's not that you ever needed help but you should know you always deserve it.

Maybe the reason you don't ask for help is because you’ve seen a lot of suffering, and there’s always a way that you can imagine someone else needs it more. If your norm has been telling yourself that you may find comfort later, someone else needs it now, I want you to know: the world is abundant and you do not have to give up your share for someone else to have it.

You are worthy today and yesterday, not “later” or “sometime in the future.” Together we can teach your heart to believe in this in order to create the space and reprieve you desire.

Update: You’ll now get a consult directly with me. Please message me your preferred consult time(s), as my availability reflected on zencare is not always up-to-date.

Message to clients

In a world driven by scarcity and performance, I hold space for a different way: rooted in honesty, guided by presence, and connected to the natural abundance within and around us.

I believe in living with fierce compassion, by honoring truth, finding strength in vulnerability, and healing through presence, not perfection. I work hard to model what it means to show up authentically (especially when it’s hard) and to live in alignment with values of justice, healing, and connection. I am a ferocious advocate and I personally work a path of transformation through mindful, embodied practices like Freediving, yoga, and archery. My message is that healing is sacred and comes from living with intention and learning to not abandon yourself in the process of helping others because, love IS boundaries.

I support people in discovering that the power to liberate themselves from vicious cycles in the way of chaos or stagnation lies in deepening your relationship with yourself through curiosity and self compassion. This comes from connecting the body and mind to free yourself from fears and triggers. By trauma work I mean we will work together to integrate it INTO your body so that its associations no longer control your life. Need help understanding personality disordered friend, partner, or family member? Talk to me :) If you're neurodivergent or think you or your child might be, this is the place for you.

Message me for free consult, you can see how you feel and make your decision from there.
