Giselle is a licensed therapist who works with adults and adolescents seeking meaningful support, healing, and guidance, no matter what stage of life they’re in. Many of her clients are navigating trauma, childhood wounds, relationship stress (with family, peers, or a partner), major life transitions, and anxiety or depression—often feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. She is dedicated to helping clients understand themselves more deeply so they can feel better, gain clarity, and make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.
For Giselle, healing happens through safe connection, and a collaborative relationship is always her priority. Her style is warm, grounded, authentic, and compassionate. She is trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy, and weaves in mindfulness, art, and psychoeducation when it aligns with a client’s interests. Therapy isn’t just for tough times, it’s also a place to notice growth and celebrate progress. She loves helping clients learn tools to manage life’s challenges, explore new perspectives, and step into the person they want to be—without being held back by the past.
Giselle earned a master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and a bachelor’s in Psychology. She’s always been drawn to understanding people, their inner worlds and the stories that shape them. Over the years, she’s had the privilege of supporting children, teens, adults, couples, and families from many cultural backgrounds and is able to provide therapy in English and Spanish. Giselle became a therapist because she genuinely cares about people and values the trust clients place in her.
Her comfortable, welcoming office is in Sherman Oaks and she also offers virtual sessions throughout California. Sessions can be weekly, biweekly, or monthly, depending on what each client needs.
