Glenn is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) who works with adolescents and adults seeking support through life’s challenges. He has experience supporting clients navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, substance use, grief and loss, and general life stressors. Glenn is committed to meeting clients wherever they are in their healing process and helping them build the tools needed to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
His therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and shaped around each client’s individual needs. Glenn integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients reframe unhelpful thoughts and patterns, Person-Centered principles to create a warm, accepting space for self-discovery, and Positive Psychology strategies to encourage resilience and strengths-based growth. He aims to cultivate a collaborative, empowering environment where clients feel understood, supported, and capable of meaningful change.
Glenn’s professional foundation began with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Kean University, where he first developed his passion for supporting others. He went on to earn his master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, focusing on advanced therapeutic practice and client-centered care. His clinical experiences have reinforced his belief that all individuals hold the potential for growth, even during difficult seasons of life.
Glenn offers both in-person and telehealth sessions and is available through Exceptional Wellness Counseling’s Shrewsbury office. He is dedicated to creating a consistent, reliable therapeutic space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace and work toward long-term well-being.
