Heather is a licensed psychotherapist (LMSW, MPH) and the founder of Mind Spruce, PLLC. She received her training at the University of Michigan School of Social Work and Michigan Medicine Department of Psychiatry, establishing a strong foundation in diverse therapeutic modalities and a deep understanding of mental health care.

An EMDR Intensive allows for extended, focused work that can lead to significant breakthroughs in a shorter amount of time, making it ideal for those seeking rapid relief and deep processing from past events impacting their present.
Heather's office is located in Birmingham, MI, providing a private and comfortable space for in-person sessions. For client convenience and flexibility, Heather also offers secure telehealth sessions to individuals located throughout Michigan.
