Professional statement

Hello, I'm Jasmin.

I am a Psychotherapist, LPCC offering in-person therapy in Boulder, Colorado and online therapy throughout Colorado.

I work with adults who are navigating life transitions, relationship patterns, career challenges, burnout, anxiety, and a desire for greater self-esteem, self-understanding, and personal growth. Therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain clarity, heal emotional wounds, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others.

My work is rooted in attachment theory, emotional safety, and nervous system regulation, helping clients reduce anxiety, strengthen self-trust, navigate life's challenges, and cultivate healthier relationships with themselves and others.

My approach is grounded in depth psychology, which recognizes that unconscious beliefs, emotional wounds, and early experiences often shape how we think, feel, and relate to others. By bringing greater awareness to these patterns, new possibilities for healing and growth can emerge.

Drawing from more than 4,000 hours of experience as a professional coach, I help clients both understand the roots of their struggles and take practical steps toward meaningful change. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Depth Psychology, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and somatic practices to support lasting growth and emotional well-being.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years as an entrepreneur, artist, coach, and meditation teacher. These experiences continue to inform my work and contribute to a holistic understanding of personal growth and transformation.

Through my own experiences with life's joys, challenges, and transitions, I have developed deep compassion and respect for the unique path each person walks. I believe healing can be both profound and gentle, and that humor, playfulness, and moments of lightness are often just as important as depth. My study of Eastern and Western philosophies and contemplative traditions has further shaped my understanding of what it means to heal, grow, and live with greater awareness and authenticity.

Message to clients

Many of the people who find me are seekers. They’ve read, explored, reflected, and grown — yet still feel pulled by recurring pain, relationship struggles, or a quiet sense that there is more truth available to them. If you are longing not only for symptom relief but for transformation, you are in the right place.

My work bridges psychology and spirituality. Alongside attachment-based and trauma-informed therapy, I bring a lifelong study of Western philosophy, Eastern philosophy, metaphysics, mindfulness, and integrative healing traditions. I am influenced by Internal Family Systems (IFS), compassionate communication, the Enneagram, guided imagery, and depth-oriented approaches that honor the unconscious and the wisdom of the nervous system.

I have a profound respect for the courage it takes to look inward. I believe healing can be both deep and gentle, and that moments of lightness and humanity are just as sacred as intensity.

My intention is to help you reconnect with your inner knowing, develop greater self-trust, and live in alignment with the relationships and life that want to emerge through you.
