Hello, I'm Jasmin.
I am a Psychotherapist, LPCC offering in-person therapy in Boulder, Colorado and online therapy throughout Colorado.
I work with adults who are navigating life transitions, relationship patterns, career challenges, burnout, anxiety, and a desire for greater self-esteem, self-understanding, and personal growth. Therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain clarity, heal emotional wounds, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others.
My work is rooted in attachment theory, emotional safety, and nervous system regulation, helping clients reduce anxiety, strengthen self-trust, navigate life's challenges, and cultivate healthier relationships with themselves and others.
My approach is grounded in depth psychology, which recognizes that unconscious beliefs, emotional wounds, and early experiences often shape how we think, feel, and relate to others. By bringing greater awareness to these patterns, new possibilities for healing and growth can emerge.
Drawing from more than 4,000 hours of experience as a professional coach, I help clients both understand the roots of their struggles and take practical steps toward meaningful change. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Depth Psychology, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and somatic practices to support lasting growth and emotional well-being.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years as an entrepreneur, artist, coach, and meditation teacher. These experiences continue to inform my work and contribute to a holistic understanding of personal growth and transformation.
Through my own experiences with life's joys, challenges, and transitions, I have developed deep compassion and respect for the unique path each person walks. I believe healing can be both profound and gentle, and that humor, playfulness, and moments of lightness are often just as important as depth. My study of Eastern and Western philosophies and contemplative traditions has further shaped my understanding of what it means to heal, grow, and live with greater awareness and authenticity.
