You may find that something no longer feels sustainable—internally, relationally, or physically. Sometimes insight is present, yet meaningful change still feels out of reach.
Psychotherapy at its best is both stabilizing and transformative. I am an integrative, relational, and insight-oriented psychotherapist with nearly 30 years of experience and a longstanding private practice in Rhinebeck, New York. My work draws from DBT, EMDR, attachment-based, and mind-body approaches to support emotional and physiological regulation, always tailored to the individual.
I am particularly attuned to patterns—how early attachment, coping strategies, and stress responses shape relationships, work, and self-perception. Many of the individuals I work with are thoughtful and capable, yet navigating significant strain, including relationship challenges, burnout, trauma histories, chronic illness, or complex life transitions. Often, there is a sense that something could feel different—more grounded, more clear, or more aligned.
I also have depth of experience supporting women through divorce and the aftermath of high-conflict or destabilizing relational dynamics, with a focus on restoring clarity, boundaries, and self-trust. For clients facing medical or chronic health conditions, I incorporate mind-body perspectives that support nervous system regulation and overall resilience.
Our work is collaborative and focused on insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful, lasting change within a grounded and confidential therapeutic relationship.
