Hi, I’m Jasmine, a Licensed Certified Social Worker with a Master’s degree from Baylor University. I work primarily with adolescents and adults facing OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and challenges that come with major life transitions. I understand how overwhelming these experiences can feel, and I’m here to offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your story and find healing at your own pace.
My approach combines trauma-informed care with evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and strengths-based techniques. I also consider the important role of family, culture, and community in shaping your experience. Together, we’ll develop practical skills and insights to help you manage symptoms and build resilience.
I’ve worked in hospital and nonprofit settings, including pediatric endocrinology and refugee resettlement, which taught me to meet clients with empathy and respect for their unique identities and life challenges. Outside of therapy, I enjoy cooking and caring for my houseplants, and I look forward to supporting you on your path toward growth.
