Professional statement

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and personal growth. I work with clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, and support them in building greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of balance in their daily lives.

My approach is holistic and person-centered, integrating evidence-based psychotherapy with a whole-person perspective. I believe that mental health is deeply connected to physical well-being, lifestyle, and the environments we move through each day. In our work together, I create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore patterns, process emotions, and develop practical tools for lasting change.

Clients often come to me for support with managing anxiety, navigating major life transitions, improving relationships, and gaining clarity during times of uncertainty. I take a collaborative approach to therapy, meeting you where you are and tailoring our work to your individual needs and goals.

I offer hybrid therapy through Root & Rise Clinical Specialists, providing in-person sessions in Port Jefferson, New York, as well as secure telehealth appointments for clients throughout New York State. This flexibility allows for consistent, accessible care that fits into your life.
