Message to clients

If you feel weighed down by depression or trapped in cycles of addiction, taking the first step toward change can feel overwhelming. I know that many of my clients turn to alcohol or unhealthy sexual behaviors simply to survive deep-seated sadness. My first goal is to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space where you can finally speak your truth out loud. Often, that is exactly where change begins.

In our sessions, we won’t just focus on managing your symptoms; we will look deeper together. By exploring how these challenges first took root, you can gain the clarity needed to make empowered, healthy decisions today. My approach combines deep insight work with practical action, helping you break long-standing patterns and find new directions in life.

With over 20 years of experience, I am deeply committed to providing culturally sensitive care that honors your unique identity and background. Whether I am in-network or helping you navigate out-of-network reimbursement, my priority is ensuring you have the support you need to reach the life you want.
