Professional statement

With nearly 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist, Jennifer brings a deeply integrative approach to healing and human development. Her career has spanned inpatient, residential, school, and outpatient clinical settings, where she has supported individuals navigating complex trauma, emotional dysregulation, addiction and major life transitions.

Jennifer is known for working skillfully with clients who have not found success with traditional talk therapy alone. Her approach is holistic, body-based, and grounded in both science and spirit—inviting each person to reconnect with their inherent capacity for regulation, resilience, and wholeness.

Drawing from Somatic Experiencing®, attachment theory, Polyvagal-informed frameworks, mindfulness, and psychodynamic insight, Jennifer helps clients develop awareness of how their nervous system, body, and environment interact to shape patterns of thought, emotion, and behavior. Her work emphasizes connectedness and awareness to self as a foundation for meaningful and lasting change.

Rather than focusing on pathology, Jennifer sees each individual through the lens of strength and adaptability. She supports clients in depth-oriented work while cultivating daily practices that nurture balance across body, mind, and spirit—including attention to movement, self-care, stress management, thought patterns, and spiritual wellness.

Through this integrative, trauma-informed lens, Jennifer guides clients toward a more embodied sense of safety, presence, and connection—helping them not only heal from the past but inhabit their lives more fully.

Message to clients

Currently enrolling participants for a 28 Day Nervous System Regulation Intensive to help center and ground you for the holidays.

Over 28 days, you’ll move through a guided process of nervous system education, self-discovery, and embodied integration.

Each day blends:

• Pre-session exercises to ground and prepare your system

• Immersive educational lessons that help you understand your body’s responses

• Live group discussions that bring insight into shared experience

• Daily community co-regulation practice to restore trust and connection through relationship

Together, these experiences teach you not only how to regulate your nervous system — but how to stay regulated.

By the end of this intensive, you’ll have more than knowledge — you’ll have a living roadmap for your own regulation: practical tools, embodied awareness, and the confidence to meet life’s challenges with steadiness and self-trust.

✨ Healing happens through practice, presence, and connection — and this is where it begins.

Program Structure:

• Daily live virtual practice (evenings at 6pm PST/9pm EST) — with replays available

• Educational series with daily self-practice

• Four 90-minute deep-dive Saturday sessions at 10am PST/1pm EST

Participants Gain:

• Greater nervous system flexibility

• Deepened self-trust and relational balance

• Anchored ventral vagal tone

• Embodied leadership and presence

• Resilience and intergenerational healing through somatic, cognitive, and relational work

• Co-regulation through live community practice

By the end of the 28 days, participants leave with a personal roadmap of their nervous system — and the embodied skill to keep it regulated moving forward. This opportunity will be capped at 20 participants. Please reach out soon if you are interested!
