With nearly 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist, Jennifer brings a deeply integrative approach to healing and human development. Her career has spanned inpatient, residential, school, and outpatient clinical settings, where she has supported individuals navigating complex trauma, emotional dysregulation, addiction and major life transitions.
Jennifer is known for working skillfully with clients who have not found success with traditional talk therapy alone. Her approach is holistic, body-based, and grounded in both science and spirit—inviting each person to reconnect with their inherent capacity for regulation, resilience, and wholeness.
Drawing from Somatic Experiencing®, attachment theory, Polyvagal-informed frameworks, mindfulness, and psychodynamic insight, Jennifer helps clients develop awareness of how their nervous system, body, and environment interact to shape patterns of thought, emotion, and behavior. Her work emphasizes connectedness and awareness to self as a foundation for meaningful and lasting change.
Rather than focusing on pathology, Jennifer sees each individual through the lens of strength and adaptability. She supports clients in depth-oriented work while cultivating daily practices that nurture balance across body, mind, and spirit—including attention to movement, self-care, stress management, thought patterns, and spiritual wellness.
Through this integrative, trauma-informed lens, Jennifer guides clients toward a more embodied sense of safety, presence, and connection—helping them not only heal from the past but inhabit their lives more fully.
