Message to clients

Hi, I’m Jenn. I believe the most important part of therapy is the relationship we build together. Creating a warm, nonjudgmental, and authentic space is central to my work, because meaningful change happens when you feel safe, understood, and accepted as you are. My goal is to meet you where you are and support you as you navigate life’s challenges at your own pace.

I take an individualized approach to therapy, tailoring our work to your unique needs, goals, and experiences. I draw from evidence-based practices including trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other integrative techniques. I frequently work with concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, self-esteem, life transitions, and relational challenges. Together, we’ll focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and creating tools you can use both inside and outside of sessions.

I understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and I strive to make therapy a collaborative and empowering experience. I aim to help you better understand yourself, develop healthier patterns, and feel more confident navigating life’s ups and downs. Outside of my clinical work, I value balance and connection, and I bring that same grounded presence into the therapy space.

I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward growth, healing, and greater emotional well-being.
